Aside from Elsie, and possibly Derby City Rovers, what other US based teams do you follow, and why?

I have been a a big fan of LA Galaxy since I randomly chose them for a career mode team in FIFA '06. I've been actually following them since 2009. I find myself cheering for the likes of the Crew, and RSL more than I probably let on. I'll be looking into Orlando as well this year for obvious reasons. I keep up with the USMNT only a tad less than my club.
I know its not domestic, but EPL wise it is Southhampton, followed closely by Everton, and then New Castle.

Domestically I go for Columbus Crew since they're the closest, but I'm a big Portland Timbers Fan. I love the city and their supporters. I also follow New England Revs because of Andrew Farrell.

My wife is from LA, so the Galaxy are the team I have longest kept an eye out for - Robbie Keane going there has helped too. With the new affiliation, I am going to keep my eyes on OCSC too, and am hoping to catch one of their games this year.

I follow every team in MLS on some level, and frankly you should too. If you don't, I don't think you should be allowed to consider yourself a soccer fan.
Yes, I wholeheartedly believe this. Come at me.

I follow Elsie of course. Other than that I follow MLS in general, of course the USMNT. Now that I am a resident of Nashville I follow Nashville FC of the NPSL. If Nashville FC ever gets bumped up to USL I don't know what I'll do... Who will I cheer for? ? We'd probably even be rivals!!!!!!!! AHHH I can't even think about this right now ?

I've... struggled to find a US team I can get behind- part of the reason LCFC's so exhilarating for me. I just have long identified that much more with European (specifically Scottish) football culture. I'll never forget the Earthquakes playoff game I went to with my Celtic Supporters Club some years back, which on any given day ran about 90% Scottish, 8% Irish, and 2% American. We were this oasis of good-natured rowdiness (with the occasional the referee's a mason! shout) in a vast ocean of soccer moms and dads with the little ones. Not saying that doesn't have a place- heck, it's the future of the game- but it felt so alien. Maybe it was just San Jose... A Leafs fan who used to go to the Garden for Rangers games having grown up in Connecticut, I went to all of one Sharks game. I had that same feeling of wrongness when I heard the announcer call out that the "lucky fans" in Section X had "just won a copy of Norton Anti-Virus 2000!!!" Or maybe it's just me.

I follow the Sounders, if only because their games are fun to watch on TV, the fans and stadium are otherworldly for MLS, and because I'm a huge Dempsey fan.

I started watching MLS in 1996, so, DC United was my first favorite. When McBride started playing for Columbus they became my second favorite. I tend to support the East Conference teams because that's where I'm from. That being said, depending on who's playing whom, Seattle, Houston, and SKC are my West Conference favorites.
