So this weekend has some terrific matchups. In the north, we have the wonderful Merseyside Derby between Liverpool and Everton. This is always a fun rivalry, especially (for me at least) when the blue team rules the area. In the south, we have the North London Derby, as Arsenal and Tottenham play in a match that is always entertaining to outsiders. Don't be fooled by the Ted Lasso video, you won't see any Spurs and Gunners fans hanging out this weekend. What are you looking forward to the most this weekend?

Well Merseyside was a bit lacking this past weekend, but I was glad to see Liverpool pull out the 3-2 win over Spurs this afternoon. Balotelli FINALLY knocked one in!

I won money (Kane to score) and lost money (Spurs to win/draw) so the match was so-so for me. I'm interested to see what United does tomorrow with Shaw suspended; will Rojo play LB, or will we revert back to the 532 (ugh) with Blind out wide? I really am wondering when we will see this "tactical genius" LVG that we were sold on; only two teams (FC Minz and Burneley) in all of the big 5 Euro leagues have played more long balls than United.

Aston Villa have sacked Paul Lambert after a ten-match stretch without a single victory that ended with a 2-0 loss to Hull City. They've won 2 of their last 21 matches

Just enjoying our 7 point cushion. Hope we can keep it now that Champions League has started. Aguero will be back soon.
How about Southampton though? I'm pulling for them to finish in the Top 4!

Who else caught the Southampton v Aston Villa game this past Saturday?
Sadio Mané with the fastest hat-trick in BPL history?? This team has an incredilbe amount of depth. If they had more money, I believe they very well might've qualified for even a Champion's League spot this season if Schneiderlin was healthy and they could've kept some of their players from being bought out by other clubs.
