I am a big fan of supporter flags, I think they are definitely the best gameday enhancer. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for some?

I do not have the capacity to create my idea but....I have this image of King Louis XIV riding a Pegasus with a barrel of bourbon under one arm...I can't get it out of my head.

Whats king Louis doing with other hand/arm?
I think a spin on the City flag would be a decent one. Purple flag with 3 fluers on it.

Something like this Michael? Add some words perhaps, or replace the stars with a barrel? It would be a nice one to get mass produced if someone from Merch or Elsie were watching (hint hint!)

Exactly like this. . .maybe 16 stars for king Louis the 16th, or a barrel with 16 lines. . .or have 16 lines in the background of the flag for King Louis AND incorporate us, the Coopers! I think this would be best as one giant flag being waved behind goal. |

I liked how the Orlando symbol has the same number of sun rays on the lion as the number MLS team they are. If we could do something like that it would be good. |

I would keep it simple...and numerous...the more flags the better, assume flagpoles will be ok with slugger field.

I hate to be that guy already, but will there be some regulations on when flag waving is cool and when it is not? I will stand, cheer, sing, and even wave a huge flag if the time comes. But during the run of play I also want to see soccer.

But during the run of play I also want to see soccer. You are that guy...jk - most folks likely feel the same. Different places do it different ways. Italians wave their flags all the time, but the Germans have specific flag song combos - if we're organized (like the Germans) our leader and drum major could associate some songs with the frantic waving of flags, maybe during lulls or breaks in play or something. |
