So I might be a bit late with this but when/where can I get my FM scarf? I won't be able to make the event this Thursday. Also on a semi related note, when will we be able to get our season tickets? Again, sorry if this has been said before, I haven't seen anything about it.
Lastly, is there an update on LCFC apparel? Haven't seen anything since they mentioned something about having it a couple weeks ago.

1. You can go to the LCFC offices from 9-4 to get your scarf. They are at 127 South 6th Street, Louisville, KY 40202
2. Based on what you chose when you bought them, you will either be able to pick them up at Will Call before the match on the day, or they will be mailed to you. As to the date, I'm not sure, but I will assume that it will be within the next 4 weeks.
3. The company that was to do the apparel for the club was a bit delayed with the logo being changed and the inclement weather. I would surmise that in the next 3 weeks we'll have word on the kit and shirts and the like.

We were expecting a shipment on Wednesday....never came.
This snow not melting is doing us no favors. I know that sounds like a cop-out but from not being able to play/practice outside to deliveries not being able to be made, this winter is making it difficult for us to get going. I have made a promise to the players from Cali/Florida that it does get warmer here. Hopefully mother nature will not let us down.

Can't help but be disappointed with the merch- first it takes forever to make the merch available, and then when it becomes available, the only stuff available is about as vanilla and boring as it gets. Look at STLFC, OKC, Sac Republic, Tulsa, and Switchbacks FC's stores- tons of options, all available long before LCFC's stuff.
Give me an iron and a package of Hanes and I could have gotten these shirts out by last August.
I can't help but think this whole merch debacle has cost the club a ton in free advertising.

I agree with your main point johmccu but we should probably give the club a little slack. Every startup has its hiccups and you can't deny the front office has done a lot right.
Fan outreach, communications, ticket sales and (most importantly) putting together a winning squad have definitely been handled in top class fashion by the club and we should recognize that.
You're right that branding and merchandising are the clubs weakness right now but its not going to stop me from getting out there and supporting this club.

So, any clue how we go about purchasing the limited gear with our Founder's merchandise discount? There is not an option that I can see for this choice, nor the option to actually pay through PayPal (although the PayPal logo is visible).

And what's going on with the website, as a whole and apropos merchandise? It won't allow desktop version to be selected, and the merch page says "Coming Soon"... Tried on multiple devices.
I still strongly believe that getting gear out there is one of (if not the) easiest and cheapest forms of team advertising out there, and that this needs to be rectified quickly.
I, and many of my friends, am willing to shell-out a lot of money to buy gear, and there is very little being offered at the moment.

I agree. People are chomping at the bit to buy merch and the fact that all Elsie can offer us (for months) is the same logo on a bunch of different colored/sized shirts is kind of a joke. They need to get it together. I know we're a young club and I fully believe everyone is working very hard, but this really needs to be addressed as a top priority.

You aren't wrong on that, however I will say that the club has their merchandise for sale at every home game at their tent, so it's not impossible to get stuff, just not simple.

Yep - it's $95 for it normally, but founder members are meant to be able to get it online for just $76.

Do you know how that's going to work? Are they going to email Founding Members a discount code? Weren't Founding Members supposed to get discounts on merchandise anyway? Was the FMs discount going to apply to online merchandise only or merchandise available at the home games? I know I've purchased something at the last two home games.

The Founding Member discount - Honestly I have no idea. We'll ask for you.
Customization - Sort of. They'll come with no patches or numbers, so you can do it on your own, but not direct from the club it looks like.

FOUNDING MEMBER DISCOUNT
You should have an email in your inbox from Campbell Brewer entitled "Founding Member Updates". It was sent on March 10th. That email contains the code for your 10% off. I won't post the code here for obvious reasons. The club has been selling out of merch, same as us, but they have ordered extra sets this time around, so be on the lookout for items to appear on the store.
